The 2021 Grammy season is nearly upon us, with the nominees being announced next week, on Tuesday, Nov. 24.
The dance categories are always a bit of a wild card, with the nominating committee pulling from a particularly vast and eclectic genre. Since the category was introduced in 1998, pop, electro, French touch, NRG, dubstep, EDM, dance-pop, IDM, trance, tech house and more have all been nominated.
This year has of course seen some key dance releases from high-profile (and previously nominated) acts including Disclosure, Lady Gaga, Calvin Harris, Zedd and more. With just days until we find out who’s in the running for a 2021 award — with the 63rd Grammy Awards taking place on Jan. 31, 2021 — we want to know what songs and artists you think are most deserving of a nomination.
