Taylor Swift’s Folklore film debuted on Disney+ in the small hours. Judging by the volume traffic on social media, tens of thousands of Swifties stayed up all night and settled in for some streaming action.
And they got a special reward, with a new live version of the album.
In the special, TayTay talks about the making of her chart-topping lockdown album Folklore, giving an insight into how it was pieced together, unbottling family grief and, yes, love.
The storytelling has captivated fans everyman, man of whom turned to social media in the early hours of Wednesday morning to soak it all up, have a blub, and share their thoughts in the best way possible: with memes.
