BTS is feeling the spirit of the season! On Tuesday (Dec. 15), the K-pop boy band shared a playlist of songs they’ve had on repeat this Christmastime.
“Check out some of our favorite songs to listen to during the holidays!” the band tweeted alongside the playlist — titled “BTS Holiday Playlist” — to their nearly 26 million followers on the platform.
Among the septet’s holiday picks? Everything from Christmas classics by Eartha Kitt (“Santa Baby”), Elvis Presley (“Blue Christmas”) and Andy Williams (“It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year”), to more modern fare by Justin Bieber (“Mistletoe”), Mariah Carey (“All I Want for Christmas Is You”), *NSYNC (“Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays”) and more.
Of course, BTS managed to include a number of their own tracks on the 25-song collection, including the new holiday remix of their No. 1 hit “Dynamite,” as well as chart-topping follow-up “Life Goes On,” 2017’s “Spring Day” and Be album cut “Telepathy.” They also gave a shout-out to fellow K-pop star IU by featuring her 2010 Chundung-assisted holiday single “Merry Christmas Ahead” on the playlist.
BTS have kept busy as Christmas approaches, appearing in The Disney Holiday Singalong to perform “Santa Claus Is Comin’ to Town,” dominating both the Mnet Asian Music Awards and Melon Music Awards with high-energy medleys, being named Time Magazine’s 2020 Entertainer of the Year, and releasing their fifth Korean-language studio album.
Meanwhile, on Christmas Day (Dec. 25), the band is set to headline the upcoming 2020 SBS Gayo Daejeon music festival, held every year in the South Korean city of Daegu. (The performance will have special significance for both V, who was born in Daegu, and Suga, who calls the city his hometown.)
