That’s what TikTok user @1Cabeau set out to find out. “Have you ever wondered what ‘Betty’ from Folklore would sound like if it were a pop punk song?” he asked in the viral clip, before delving into a guitar-heavy, super annunciated version of the song.

The clip has more than 150,000 likes at the time of publication, with users in the comments loving the edgy new rendition. “Don’t be shy release the whole song,” one comment urged, with another adding, “I don’t know how pop punk Swift tok found me but I’m so grateful it did.”
