With a little help from her friends, Taylor Swift is getting the word out about Fearless (Taylor’s Version).
Ahead of the highly-anticipated release of Swift’s re-recorded 2008 album on Friday (April 9), Swift recruited fellow pop pals Olivia Rodrigo and Conan Gray to share previously-unheard snippets of the songs across social media.
On Thursday (April 8), Rodrigo and Gray took to TikTok to share a clip of “You Belong With Me (Taylor’s Version).” The two singers adorably act out the famous music video, holding up signs and dancing in a bedroom. “You ok? no. fearless (taylor’s version) comes out tonight. here’s a sneak peek of one of our favorites ;),” Gray captioned the TikTok video.
Rodrigo and Gray then headed to Instagram, where they shared a Reel featuring a “White Horse (Taylor’s Version)” clip. This time, they rocked cowboy hats and and Gray lifted Rodrigo in a rather impressive move. “We got a sneak peak of white horse (taylor’s version) and we just had to make this vid lol. one of my fav songs of all time. remix this and sing along! @conangray,” Rodrigo wrote in the caption. “I’m not a princess….,” Gray jokingly commented, adding a sad teary-face emoji.
Finally, Swift herself appeared on Good Morning America bright and early to share a snippet of the title track. “I just wanted to say, first of all, you guys have been so supportive at Good Morning America since day one of this entire process of me re-recording my music,” Swift said in a pre-recorded message before the snippet played. “I’m so ecstatic that my album, Fearless (Taylor’s Version), will be out tonight.” She added, “It’s crazy that it’s finally here and I wanted to give you guys, as a thank you, an exclusive first glimpse at one of the songs on my album.”
