Amazon Music announced Eric Church will share an exclusive performance and live Q&A for fans on April 20th beginning at 9 p.m. ET. The performance follows Friday's (April 16th) release of the Heart part of his three-part Heart & Soul project.
Eric will perform new music, including “Rock And Roll Found Me” from Soul for the first time ever ahead of the album’s release next Friday (April 23rd). Fans can watch along via the Amazon Music Twitch channel and within the Amazon Music mobile app. The performance will also be available to watch on the Amazon Music Twitch channel for four days afterwards.
Eric spent a month recording the project at a restaurant in rural North Carolina. He wrote a song per day and then immediately recorded it, so he tells us that he didn't have much time to really live with these creations. “The last day of the project, I remember sitting beside Artisnal, which is the restaurant, in my bus, and I remember sitting there listening to the songs back and, you know, it was interesting for me because my interaction with these songs were daily. I didn’t have a long memory. So, as I listened back, I listened back as a fan. I didn’t listen back as the guy that had created this to make a statement. I was a fan. I knew these songs for 24 hours.”
