Lauren Alaina is branching outside of music to write her first book, called Getting Good at Being You: Learning To Love Who God Made You To Be. Sounds Like Nashville reports the book will chronicle Lauren's journey including her rise to fame from American Idol to now, highlighting the lessons she's learned along the way.
She shared the news on social media along with a picture of the cover of the book writing, “Be sure to BOOK your calendars for November 2nd. I’m releasing my WRITE of passage, Getting Good At Being You. Can’t wait for you to read it. It’s available for preorder online everywhere books are sold and on shelves in November . . .”
Trisha Yearwood wrote the foreword for the book.
