Halsey doesn't think it's possible for anyone to create an album better than Katy Perry's Teenage Dream.
During an interview with Apple Music's Zane Lowe, Halsey said Katy's album is perfection.
She said, “Anyone who is trying to make a perfect pop album is wasting their time, anyway. If you're trying to make a perfect pop album, you're just trying to make Teenage Dream again.”
Katy Perry released Teenage Dream in 2010.
