Britney Spears accused her mom of having the idea for her conservatorship.
In a since-deleted Instagram post, she said that her dad started the conservatorship, but what people didn’t know was that her mom gave him the idea for it.
In a pointed comment about her mom, she said that the moment she smiled for the first time in a very long time, her mom got concerned and told her she was acting weird. And wanted to know what was wrong with her.
Britney went on to write: “Hi, my name is Britney Spears … nice to finally meet you!!! I was BORN today cause I get to SMILE”
She ended by saying that she would never get those 13 years back from her conservatorship and that her mom ruined her life.
Her personal and business decisions were taken out of her hands in 2008, following concerns over her mental health.
Outside of court, she has publicly criticized her father and younger sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, in a series of posts over the past several months as she hoped to end her conservatorship.
