Britney Spears has been feed from her conservatorship after 13 years.
E! News reports that Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny announced Friday, (Nov. 12th), “Effective today, the conservatorship of Britney Jean Spears, the person and the estate, is hereby terminated.”
Outside of the court room, Spears’s attorney Mathew Rosengart told reporters that Jamie Spears and TriStar Sports & Entertainment should be investigated for their roles in the “corrupted” conservatorship.
Britney, however, celebrated the win on Instagram, writing, “Good God I love my fans so much it’s crazy 🥺❤️ !!! I think I’m gonna cry the rest of the day!!!! Best day ever … praise the Lord … can I get an Amen.”
TMZ reports that the singer is already making plans to record music, now that the conservatorship is over. Sources tell the outlet that although she wants to get back into the studio, she has to pick a producer and find songwriters to work with.
