Michael Bublé‘s “Let It Snow! (10th Anniversary)” doesn’t show signs of stopping, as it hits No. 1 on the Billboard Adult Contemporary radio airplay chart (dated Dec. 11).
The song is Bublé’s sixth AC No. 1, and his third consecutive carol to lead, after his Idina Menzel duet “Baby It’s Cold Outside,” which reached the summit in December 2014, and his ballad cover of Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You,” which jingled to the top in December 2010.
Bublé previously led AC with “Haven’t Met You Yet” (2010), “Everything” (2007) and “Home” (2005).
“Let It Snow! (10th Anniversary)” is from the 10th anniversary edition, released Nov. 12, of Bublé’s album Christmas. The set has spent five weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, beginning in December 2011, and jumps 9-3 on the latest list (59,000 equivalent album units, up 51%, according to MRC Data). It also adds a record-extending 32nd week at No. 1 on the Top Holiday Albums chart.
Now with three seasonal AC No. 1s, Bublé matches Kimberley Locke for the second-most such leaders, after Josh Groban, with four. Jim Brickman and Meghan Trainor each boast two.
“Let It Snow! (10th Anniversary)” is the 26th holiday No. 1 on the AC chart since 2000, around the time that most stations in the format began playing seasonal songs 24/7 between Thanksgiving and Christmas each year. It also joins “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” “Baby, It’s Cold Outside” and “This Christmas” in having topped the tally twice.
