SNOOP DOGG GIVES ELI MANNING A DEATH ROW CHAIN: Snoop Dogg gifted retired NFL champion Eli Manning a Death Row chain for Eli's 41st birthday during an alternate broadcast of Monday Night Football on ESPN 2 on Monday night (January 3rd). During the show, hosted by Eli and his NFL Hall of Fame brother Peyton Manning, Snoop said, “Eli, I would like to present to you this Death Row chain for being so hip-hop and being so hip. YG WON'T BE CHARGED IN 2020 ROBBERY CASE: According to TMZ, YG is off the hook in his 2020 robbery case after the L.A. District Attorney's Office decided not to charge him due to insufficient evidence. The D.A.'s Office said, “Not enough evidence of what defendant did to aid and abet the crime. Presence during the crime alone is not sufficient.” While it's unclear what happened exactly, back in January of 2020, the LAPD arrested the rapper at his home in San Fernando Valley, C.A., armed with a search warrant.
POOH SHIESTY PLEADS GUILTY TO ONE CHARGE IN FEDERAL CASE: According to Rolling Stone, Pooh Shiesty has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess a firearm in furtherance of violent and drug-trafficking crimes in court on Tuesday (January 4th). The other three charges against him have been dropped, so now he is no longer facing a life sentence. Instead, prosecutors are suggesting no more than 97 months—eight years and one month—behind bars. He was ordered to remain in custody in Miami's Federal Detention Center.
