WILL BUTLER ANNOUNCES SUMMER TOUR DATES: Will Butler announced Tuesday (May 31st) that he’ll be going on tour this summer. The former Arcade Fire musician will hit the road on August 11th and play Cambridge, MA, Montreal, Toronto, Pittsburgh, Brooklyn, Washington, DC and Philadelphia.
JIMMY EAT WORLD ANNOUNCES FALL TOUR: Jimmy Eat World plans to launch the Something Loud Tour this fall. Things are set to kick off in Cleveland on September 8th and follows with a Midwest circuit including Detroit, Minneapolis, and St. Louis, before working up the East Coast via Richmond, Virginia; Wantagh, New York; New Haven, Connecticut; and others. Tickets for the general public go on-sale Friday (June 3rd).

Blabbermouth reports that “The Art Of Chad Smith” opens on Tuesday July 26th, 2022 and extends through Sunday, July 31st.
PORNO FOR PYROS TO PLAY CHICAGO SHOW: Porno For Pyros is planning to play the Official Lollapalooza Aftershows At Metro in Chicago on July 30th. The post-Jane’s Addiction band, fronted by Perry Farrell, most recently performed at the Welcome To Rockville festival in Daytona Beach last month. The band was a late addition to the event after Jane’s Addiction pulled out due to Dave Navarro’s “long bout with Covid.”
