GUNNA FILES ANOTHER MOTION FOR CASH BOND: According to Rolling Stone, Gunna has filed a third motion for a cash bond, saying that the state has “no evidence” he’s a danger to the community. As previously reported, the rapper, born Sergio Kitchens is awaiting trial on a racketeering charge in a 56 count YSL indictment handed down in May. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Ural Glanville has twice denied Kitchens’ bond motions, expressing concerns that the rapper would threaten or intimidate witnesses if he was freed. In a statement, Gunna’s lawyer Steve Sadow said that the rapper ” is very hopeful that the Court will now recognize that the discovery provided by the prosecution fails to show his pretrial release poses a significant risk of danger to any person or the community or poses a significant threat to witnesses, and accordingly grants a reasonable bond.” Gunna’s trial is set to start in January of 2023.

So my thing was, if I was bad enough to say it in the studio, I’m bad enough to say it in your face.” He added, “I don’t even like to perform that song. When I left, I was like, ‘Damn. I wish I wouldn’t have said what I said.'”
