Parker McCollum has released the official music video for the personal track “Rest Of My Life,” from his debut album, Gold Chain Cowboy. The clip stars Cameron Cowperthwaite, star of American Horror Story and the Netflix TV mini series Dahmer.
Parker tells us: “The message of this video in terms of the graphic extent in making this video was much more dramatic and further along than anything I was doing in real life that inspired this song, but I really wanted to kinda push the limits. And, you know, I didn’t want to get done with this video and feel like we could’ve done more. I felt like we did everything we could do. So many talented people working on it made it so easy to capture exactly what we were talking about and exactly what that song’s about. Hopefully, it helps somebody.”
Parker currently sits inside the Top 10 and climbing on the country charts with “Handle On You.”
