Bailey Zimmerman is closing in on the top of the charts with his latest single, “Rock And A Hard Place.” It's one of two songs that have earned him nominations at the upcoming CMT Music Awards. He is up for Male Video Of The Year for “Rock And A Hard Place,” along with Breakthrough Male Video Of The Year for his hit “Fall In Love,” which was released last year.
Of that song, Bailey tells us: “I would say ‘Fall In Love’ is about a guy that treats a girl really good and she ends up leaving him for another guy out in South Carolina and what I’m telling her in the song is ‘You don’t want to fall in love, you don’t know what love is…you really love me, but you’re taking the safe option out in South Carolina instead of working it out with me, and sticking it out.'”
