A court memo shows that Soulja Boy is fighting for a new trial after being ordered to pay an ex-girlfriend who accused him of assault and kidnapping $235,000. A hearing to look over the evidence, which includes photos of the alleged victim’s fractured ribs, is scheduled for July 21st.
