Billie Eilish has unveiled a new campaign with Gucci, a Horsebit 1955 handbag made from a new animal-free material called Demetra. The innovative material was produced in an Italian Gucci factory, made from 75% plant-derived raw sources. “Capturing candid moments, Billie Eilish showcases the new Horsebit 1955 bag,” according to the company's website, “exemplifying both the House’s and her commitment to a more ethical fashion future.” The handbags come in two designs, one priced at $3,200 and the other at $3,500. Eilish has a long history of activism in animal rights and eco-causes.
