H.E.R. Will Cover Foo Fighters’ ‘The Glass’ On Double Single

H.E.R. will release her “reinterpretation” of the Foo Fighters’ song “The Glass,” as part of a double single with the band's original version that drops on Friday. The track originally debuted in June as the fifth single from Foo Fighters’ latest album, But Here We Are. When the band performed it on Saturday Night Live last month, H.E.R. joined them to provide vocals and guitar. H.E.R.’s new take on the song will constitute “a revelation — a stunning and singular performance that wrings new sonic and emotional dimensions from the original,” according to a press release. The double A-side single will be available on major streaming services beginning on Friday, with a limited-edition 7-inch vinyl dropping December 29th.
