Jennifer Lopez spoke with Variety in an interview published Wednesday (December 20th) about getting back together with Ben Affleck, after they spent nearly two decades apart. The Marry Me star revealed that they “both have PTSD” from the media frenzy surrounding their first go-round.
This time, Lopez told the outlet, things are a little different. “We’re older now,” she said. “We’re wiser. We also know what’s important, what’s really important in life, and it’s not so much what other people think. It’s about being true to who you are.”
Ben and Jen first started dating in the early aughts and called off their much buzzed-about wedding in 2003. They got back together in 2021, before getting married (twice) last year.
