NBCUniversal is set to raise the prices of its Peacock Premium and Peacock Premium Plus tiers ahead of the Paris Olympics this summer. Starting July 18th for new customers and August 17th for existing subscribers, Peacock Premium will increase by $2 to $7.99 per month, while Premium Plus will rise by $2 to $13.99. This marks the second price hike in two years for Peacock, but the company believes it offers better value with recent exclusive content like the NFL wild card playoff game, the success of Oppenheimer, and the upcoming Olympics. Additionally, Peacock has enhanced its Olympics coverage and secured exclusive rights for an NFL game next season.
