UPDATE: Promoter Ocesa announced on Thursday (Jan. 22) the ticket prices for the three concerts that K-Pop supergroup BTS will be giving this spring at the GNP Seguros Stadium in Mexico City.
The company said the prices were set by the tour organizers in the following ranges: 1,767 Mexican pesos ($102), 2,840 pesos ($162), 4,476 pesos ($256), 4,948 pesos ($283), 8,010 pesos ($458), 8,482 pesos ($485), 8,953 pesos ($512), and 13,330 pesos ($763). These prices already include service fees, plus a 50 peso ($2.80) order processing fee. VIP tickets will have a maximum price of 17,782 pesos ($1,017).
“All charges will be applied at the time of purchase,” Ocesa stated. “Ticket prices will not change during the presale or general sale. Tickets are subject to availability.”
On Wednesday (Jan. 21), Ocesa informed that the presale for ARMY members would begin on Friday (Jan. 23), one day later than initially announced. The presale for the May 7 and 9 concerts will start at 9:00 a.m. (local time), while the presale for the May 10 show will begin at 12:00 p.m. (local time). General sales will still begin on Saturday (Jan. 24) at 9:00 a.m. (local time) on the Ticketmaster Mexico website.
PREVIOUSLY (Jan. 20): Fans of the K-pop supergroup BTS in Mexico raised their voices, calling for transparency in the ticket sales for the three concerts the South Korean group will hold this spring at the GNP Seguros Stadium. Their pleas reached Mexico’s President Claudia Sheinbaum’s morning press conference on Monday (Jan. 19), where the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (Profeco) urged Ticketmaster Mexico and OCESA to provide clear and truthful information.
“How great that they’re coming!” Sheinbaum said during her usual morning press conference about BTS. “It was a historic request from Mexican youth.”

There, the Consumer Protection Attorney, Iván Escalante, explained that the decision to call on the ticketing company and the promoter was prompted by more than 4,700 requests received by Profeco following last week’s announcement of the band’s upcoming world tour.
Later, in an official statement, Profeco formally asked OCESA to “act lawfully and conduct itself with transparency and honesty with those interested in attending the BTS World Tour concerts by the South Korean K-pop group BTS, scheduled for May in Mexico City.”
“It is requested that they announce prices, fees and complete conditions for ticket sales,” the government institution added in the document.
Billboard Español has reached out to OCESA and Ticketmaster Mexico; OCESA declined to comment.
In its statement, Profeco noted that if there are dynamic pricing options, it is requesting the promoter inform those interested in purchasing tickets. Additionally, it asked the organizers to confirm whether there will be VIP packages and what they include.
“Since it is known that there will be an exclusive presale for the group’s fans, the number of tickets offered through the ARMY Membership sale and general sale, respectively, will be requested,” stated Profeco.
OCESA had announced on Jan. 13 that the presale for ARMY members would be available on Thursday (Jan. 22), with select dates on presale Friday (Jan. 23). General sales will begin on Saturday (Jan. 24) on Live Nation’s website. In Mexico, tickets will be sold through Ticketmaster Mexico’s official site.
In the statement, Profeco reminded that one of the fundamental rights of consumers “is the right to information, to receive complete, clear and truthful details about what they are purchasing, including price, characteristics and even risks.”
ARMY’s request to the Mexican government comes after Ticketmaster Mexico announced, without prior notice, a reorganization of seating at Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny‘s concerts at the same stadium in December, causing discontent among some attendees. In response, the company offered refunds to dissatisfied ticket holders who requested them.
With a schedule spanning 34 regions and 79 shows between 2026 and 2027, the BTS World Tour will be the K-pop group’s biggest and most extensive global tour to date. It will kick off on April 9 in Goyang, South Korea, and make a stop in Tokyo before heading to the United States at the end of April. The highly anticipated tour by the septet — Jin, RM, Jimin, V, J-Hope, Suga and Jung Kook — will arrive in Mexico on May 7, 9, and 10. Spain, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Peru will also be part of the tour.
Last year, Live Nation increased its stake by 75% in the operations of the Mexican companies OCESA and Ticketmaster Mexico.
