Stella Lefty has signed with Nashville-based Make Wake Artists for representation and will see her career guided by the company’s founder/chief navigation office Chris Kappy and managing partner Sophia Sansone.
The Sandlot/Atlantic Outpost artist joins other Make Wake management clients, including Luke Combs, Flatland Calvary, Dylan Marlow and Jon Bellion.

“Make Wake Artists has been built on the belief that great artist management is about far more than managing what’s happening today — it’s about having the experience, relationships, infrastructure and vision to build careers that last with their fans,” Kappy said in a statement.
“Stella’s connection to her fans reminds me of Luke’s fan connection very early on,” he continued. “It is real!!! When artists and fans connect in that way, magic happens. We’ve spent years proving that we know how to identify opportunities, build global strategies and surround our artists with the right team at the right time. Stella has the talent, authenticity and drive to build something truly special and our team is committed to helping her realize that potential. We know what it takes to navigate every stage of an artist’s career, from developing the foundation to competing at the highest levels of the business and we couldn’t be more excited about Make Wake being behind Stella as we build the next chapter of her career together.”
It’s been a remarkable year for Lefty. With the two-week No. 1 status of “Boston,” Lefty became the first solo-billed woman to have a debut single spend multiple weeks at No. 1 on the Country Airplay chart since Gretchen Wilson, whose “Redneck Woman” spent five weeks at No. 1 in 2004. The song also peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100. Long Way Home, Lefty’s debut album, reached No. 11 on the Billboard 200. She will also embark on a sold-out tour in November.
The move, which helps solidify Lefty’s place in the country community, comes a month after Lefty left Disruptor Management, which had represented her since the beginning of her career.
“It’s so crazy to be so embraced in a genre that I’ve always loved,” she told Billboard in August. “Country music has been such a huge part of my life. And I feel like it’s always scary when you start making music that kind of bleeds into a genre. Country is so specific about who they embrace and how they go about things, so to be accepted in that world is truly the greatest honor.”
In addition to Make Wake for management, Lefty is represented by Sweet Talk Publicity for publicity, Creative Artists Agency (CAA) for booking and Livelihood Music Company for publishing.
