Britney Spears, who ended her 13-year conservatorship in November, addressed the scandalous arrangement in a now-deleted YouTube video.
The 22-minute audio clip featured the singer explaining the abuse she endured by her family.
She says in reposted clips that her parents arranged the arrival of ambulances, a SWAT team and over 200 paparazzi to her home when she was hospitalized in 2008.
She said of the hospitalization, “All I do remember is I had to what I was told. I wasn’t along with it because I was scared and fearful. I didn’t really do anything…It didn’t make sense to me. She added, ” I was told I was fat every day, I had to go to the gym … and I never remember feeling so demoralized. And they made me feel like nothing.”
Lynne Spears, her mother, responded to the audio recording on Instagram Sunday (Augus 28th), writing: “Britney, your whole life I have tried my best to support your dreams and wishes! And also I have tried my best to help you out of hardships! I have never and will never turn my back on you! Your rejections to the countless times I have flown out and calls make me feel hopeless! I have tried everything. I love you so much, but this talk is for you and me only, eye to eye, in private.”
