North West, the 10-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, has been cast in the Disney+ original special The Lion King at the Hollywood Bowl. She joins a star-studded lineup that also includes Grammy-winners Heather Headley and Lebo M. Other franchise cast members and special guests, including Jennifer Hudson, Billy Eichner, Jeremy Irons and Nathan Lane will also perform beloved songs from the film. The show, which will be filmed over two performances in May, promises an immersive experience with a full orchestra performing Hans Zimmer’s musical score. The production will also incorporate costumes, set design, and puppetry from the award-winning Broadway production of The Lion King. (Billboard)
