Goo Goo Dolls took to Instagram on Friday (November 15) to announce details of their 2025 Summer Anthem North American Tour where they will be joined by special guests Dashboard Confessional. The 40-date jaunt will mark the 30th anniversary of Goo Goo Dolls’ celebrated 2x-Platinum album, A Boy Named Goo, with the band promising a “career-encompassing set” at these shows. The tour kicks off on July 13 in Phoenix, and hits major music markets throughout the US and Canada, before finishing up on September 12 in Camdenton, Missouri. “We are truly excited to bring our SUMMER ANTHEM TOUR to all our friends in the US next year!” the band wrote in the caption. “We’re busy putting together our 15th studio album so we will have some great new songs and of course we’ll be playing all the songs you know and love. It’s gonna be a summer of loud music and good friends and we can’t wait to get it going!” (Consequence of Sound)
