Pink wishes she had reached out to Britney Spears more when they were coming up together in them music industry.
The 41-year-old singer told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live that after watching Framing Britney Spears, she felt sad that she didn’t know what was going on with Spears in the early days.
Pink said, “I’m a strong person. I could’ve reached out more. I don’t like feeling helpless or powerless, and I can only imagine how she’s feels, and she could’ve used some support.”
The “Who Knew” singer added, “The media tore her apart and the paparazzi are scum, and I wish I could’ve reached out and gave her a hug.”
The two crossed paths several times in the early days of their careers, including the 2004 Pepsi Super Bowl commercial that they starred in alongside Beyonce.
