Watch Madonna Channel Her Inner-‘Nicole Kidman’ With Adela’s Viral Hit in New TikTok

Adéla‘s “Nicole Kidman” has already won over its namesake, and now another pop icon is getting in on the fun: Madonna.

The Queen of Pop soundtracked a new TikTok with the rising star’s viral track, sharing a clip of herself posing in a striking gold dress while appearing to get ready for a formal event. The video gives the song another stamp of approval from an established pop star as it continues to gain momentum, proving that when it comes to feeling like Nicole Kidman, the invitation extends to musical royalty.

Madonna using the song is an incredible, notable moment for Adéla as she continues to scale the charts and climb to the summit of pop stardom. The Slovak singer released her debut album, PRIMA, in September, introducing listeners to her bold, theatrical brand of pop. The project made an immediate impression on the charts, debuting at No. 4 on the Billboard 200.

“Nicole Kidman,” meanwhile, has become one of the album’s most defining songs. The track recently rose to No. 9 on the Billboard Hot 100, giving the star her first top 10 Hot 100 hit. Its catchy title and playful celebration of confidence and manifestation have helped it find an audience across social media, with celebrities adding their own spin to the phenomenon. Among the list of stars who have participated in the trend are Kesha, Tove Lo, Pedro Pascal, Dua Lipa and Kristen Wiig.

Kidman herself has also previously embraced the song, helping bring its real-life namesake into the conversation surrounding the track. Madonna’s new TikTok adds another layer to story, connecting Adéla’s internet-fueled breakthrough with one of pop music’s most iconic superstars.

And Madonna knows a thing or two about chart success. Across her career, she has earned 12 No. 1 hits on the Hot 100 and nine No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200, establishing her title as the Queen of Pop.

For Adéla, a nod from an artist with that kind of legacy is another exciting moment as “Nicole Kidman” continues its chart run. The song’s premise is all about channeling the confidence and glamour of a Hollywood star — and with Madonna now using it as her soundtrack, the fantasy feels right at home in the pop universe.
