During an offseason of change around him, Ward is expecting things to be different in 2026 with a new head coach (Robert Saleh) and offensive coordinator (Brian Daboll).
Young, who served as coach of the AFC team during the Pro Bowl, raved about Saleh as he steps into his second job as a head coach, after previously serving three seasons with the Jets.
Al-Shaair, who signed with the 49ers as an undrafted free agent in 2019, played two seasons in San Francisco when Saleh served as defensive coordinator.
